How to Order

By telephone:

  • Feel free to pick up the phone and order by phone on 0861 46 7772.

Online orders:

  • Simply order and checkout online and we will deliver to your door within 2 days (3-5 for outlying areas)

Collection:

  • Feel free to pop into our showroom to browse and collect there and then 

We accept all credit cards for online orders and of course you can swipe a card when you collect from our showroom.

Sorry we don’t offer laybyes.

1. Online: When you are in the product page, click ‘request quote button’ and check out the normal way. No payment will be required, and you will receive a quote in your email box immediately.

2. Click the ‘request a quote’ link in the top menu and fill in the details. We will send you a quote ASAP.

3. Call us on 0861 46 7772 to request a quote

If you receive your mobility scooter and you for any reason want to return or exchange. We do this on a ‘no questions asked’ basis. Make sure this is done within 7 days of purchase and we will happy to refund or swap the scooter with one that will suit your needs

Payment & Shipping

We deliver directly to you door. In JHB and PTA our own delivery vehicles are used, and rest of the country will be delivered by one of our courier partners. All the details will be emailed when the order is shipped.

For JHB and PTA you will receive your scooter within 2 days. Assembled and ready to go.

However outlying areas delivery transit time is 3-5 days. The scooter will be boxes and some assembly will be needed. Very simple and we will be able to assist if needed.

We do ship internationally on a ex-warehouse basis. We do not arrange the transport and customer would need to arrange a collection at our warehouse.
